Doc Woodward has performed as the house pianist at the Walloon Lake Inn for a last seven years, and before that was the house Pianist at Joe Muer’s in Detroit’s Renaissance Center for eight years. His selections are from the “great American songbook” standards, jazz, blues, and even some oldies and classic country. He will be joined on several songs with his wife, Jan.
The Sue Huber Evening of Piano is held every year in memory of Sue Huber, original organizer of the “Evening of Piano” event, talented pianist and beloved friend to the Center for many years.
