The Music House Museum fills the souls of all who work and visit. Since its inception in 1983, volunteers and staff have dedicated themselves to the preservation of turn- of -the- 20th century mechanical instruments. We pride ourselves on the uniqueness of our collection, the actual playing of the instruments, and our ability to entertain and educate visitors of all ages. Through our docent led tours, our School Days program and our events we share the science, sounds, craftsmanship and history of our collection with guests. A visit to the MHM sets toes to tappin', lightens hearts and exemplifies all that is good about tourism in northern MI.
